With 27 years in the business travel industry, I specialize in streamlining operations and implementing technology that powers seamless travel experiences. I understand the fast-paced nature of business travel and prioritize cost-efficiency and time management for our clients. 

My role encompasses overseeing both operational processes and technology, ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and optimized for both customers and our team. From managing customer-facing platforms to providing technical support, I make sure our tools are intuitive and enhance the booking process every step of the way. 

When I’m not in the office, you can find me cheering on my kids at their sporting events, taking walks with my dogs, or baking my famous banana bread for family and friends!

Why do I love to travel?
There is nothing better than spending time with my family away from the busy day to day grind we all seem to live. Travelling is so educational and inspiring.
